Terri started her hairdressing career with Nicky Clarke at the age of 23 where she trained and worked for 10 years. During this time she worked with some of the best names in London hairdressing. Her professional experience includes editorial, TV work and at high profile events such as the BAFTA's. She has since proudly joined the Rossano Ferretti group and is excited to be part of a philosophy she aims to achieve within her work: natural, beautiful looking hair colour.

AVA HOLLAND - Stylist

Ava is 24 years old, and she has 8 years experience in the hair dressing industry. She trained and worked at Nicky Clarke hair salon in Mayfair with some of the biggest names in hairdressing and had some great experiences including the Bafta Awards, TV work and fashion shows. She approaches hairdressing with a creative and fresh mind, has a passion for weddings and hair up designs, and is always looking into learning more.

TY AGIUS - Stylist and Colorist

A native of Malta, Ty was born in a family of hair stylists who have run one of Malta's most prominent salons for the past 30 years. Hovering around her parents since a very young age, Ty has been practicing professionally the art of styling and colouring for the last 15 years. She has worked on beauty contests, hair shows and fashion both in Malta and London, and has traveled to the L'Oreal Academy in Milan for technical colour workshops. She joined the team at Rossano Ferretti in 2012 embracing the philosophy of respect and passion for beauty.

SHONA E BAIN - Colorist

With over 14 years experience in hair colouring, her work has taken her from the salon floor to to the tv studios for makeover shows including, Queer eye for a straight guy in the UK and USA. Originally trained at Nicky Clarke's she has moved her way through London areas learning and advancing in many different colour technique's from high fashion to simple and natural contempery looks. She believes that colour should always enhance and extenuate the natural skin tone and lifestyle of each person and should be an expression of who you are.

DEBORAH OSBORNE - Beautician

Debbie leads our beauty department and offers an extensive range of treatments. For the last 15 years, Debbie directed the beauty department at Nicky Clarke's London salon, where her clients were busy, accomplished women. Before that, at London's Savoy Hotel, Debbie's clients included legendary Hollywood stars including Liza Minnelli, Katherine Hepburn and Barbara Sinatra.
